"change template" not working

So I have a campaign created and decided I wanted to use one of my other account templates instead.  When I select another template by clicking on "Show Templates" and selecting another template, it updates the name of which template is being used, but doesn't actually update the campaign to reflect the different banner image.  My colleague and I have both tried and it won't work for either of us. Has anyone else run in to this issue?  Were you able to resolve it?

Hey Jessica,

Great question! Changing template for a mailing that is currently being edited should really just change any custom information around header or footer areas. Ultimately it is just trying to fit your current content into a different template so it will look very similar if not the exact same. When I tested this in my own account, it just changes a single (small) element in the top of the template as that was all that was applicable between two custom templates.

If you can provide the sub account you are working within along with the name of the mailing you are editing I can certainly test as well though!
