I created an automation workflow that was supposed to start this morning at midnight, but it didn't. I remember that when I saved the workflow and clicked out of the screen a red banner popped up saying "Failed to publish emails for this workflow." So today, I deleted that flow and set up a new one to start Monday morning and I got the same error message. Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue? I am working on a tight time table with this flow and need to start this flow as soon as possible. I am using Firefox 55.0.3. And this is within my account for The TalentED Project.

Hi Wendy,

I'm sorry to hear the complications with automation publishing. It sounds like it could be browser related, so I would like to try a few things:

- Try clearing the cache and cookies from your current browser. Emma relies on pulling fresh information for most of its functionality.

- Alternatively, you can also try Google Chrome to see if this makes a difference!

- Finally, ensure Flash is enabled on the browser you are using to publish your automation.

Definitely let us know if this does not help and we can do some more digging.
