"Send" function not working

My client is reporting that when she goes to send a campaign the send screen freezes up and the Send button doesn't work. Is Emma currently experiencing any issues or do you know what's going on? She's usually able to send just fine.

Hi Dawn -- Will you please let me know the name of the account in which you're working? (The account name appears on your Emma invoices. That should be enough for me to jump in and check it out; no need to give the account ID.) 

We haven't had any sending or connectivity issues today that I'm aware of. Please have your client try logging in using another browser so we can rule that out. Thanks!

Sounds like maybe your client had some intermittent internet connectivity issues. Please let me know if you run into that again!
