Hi there. Can anyone maybe help me? I am struggling to find out how to add contacts to my newsletters- it always says This contact has not confirmed opt in. How do I change this? What can I do? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Opt-In Confirmation is not required for communication. We make that option available for countries that do require a double-opt in process.
It looks like you are based in South Africa, and I'm unfamiliar with the laws there concerning marketing emails. I'm going to check in with our Delivery team and see if I can find out if you're required to do a double-opt-in .
