I send a survey link directly to some folks and their responses all came back as "anonymous"

Hi! Here's why a response can come back as Anonymous. There isn't a way to get this person's identifying information unless you've included a name or email field in the survey for them to complete.

I know that doesn't help much here, but I hope that helps to advise for the next time! Let me know if you have any further questions. :)

Hi there -- That's a great question! When creating a survey, you have the option to make responses optional or required. If you left those name and email fields optional, that anonymous user may have opted to leave them blank. Please let me know if this isn't the case. I'm happy to take a look at your survey and dig in further!
