We are using Gravity Forms for two different forms on our website, both of which add that e-mail to a different group in Emma. For this, there are two different APIs. I'm trying to set up two automated workflows. Workflow A to automatically send E-mail A if someone signs up on List A, and Workflow B to send E-Mail B if someone signs up on List B. I'm using E-mail signup for the trigger in the Automation workflow, but then when I go to select which form I would like, they are both labeled "new signup" - there is no differentiation between Form A and Form B. I've checked all of the setting on wordpress, and I don't see anywhere that I have named the lists "new signup" .... Do you have any suggestions on how I can tell the difference between the two?

My apologies for the delay in replying! I missed the notification that you had replied back.

I'm glad to see we were able to answer your question via email.

I'll recap the answer, in case anyone else has the same question:

Gravity Forms passes submitted info to Emma using our API.

To use signup automation with Gravity Forms, "All" must be selected when selecting the signup form (this is the only option that works with the API).

We recommend creating a unique group for folks being added through Gravity Forms and select this group in the Automation workflow. This will ensure only folks being added through Gravity Forms get this workflow.

The following link to our Resource Center gives more details on signup triggers.
