Hey there Emma users!  


We are currently experiencing some significant issues with our phone lines here at Emma.  Our phone vendor has reported a major fiber cut that is affecting some Nashville area businesses.  

What this means for you is that SOME of your calls are not getting through to us. So if you're having trouble getting hold of support by phone, keep trying or, if it's not an urgent request, feel free to shoot us an email at support@myemma.com or post here on the Community. 

I'll update here when we get an update from our vendor.
