We created a new account under our agency account and we're having problems with a basic email insert. We're getting a 500 error and we're using the default signup form. Did we miss something in the new account setup?
Hey Travis -- Thanks for those details! I got the same error when submitting your form, which points me the account settings.
You need to fill in your sender name/email and address information before sending or signup is possible. You're prompted to do this upon sending, but we don't have a similar warning in place for signing up...sorry about that! You can find this sender info tab under the Settings & Billing option in the account menu (the tools icon in the top right corner).
