Can't submit signup form without RSVP info saved in account

We created a new account under our agency account and we're having problems with a basic email insert. We're getting a 500 error and we're using the default signup form. Did we miss something in the new account setup?

Hi Travis -- Do you mean you're getting the 500 error upon trying to send an email out of that new account? I'm happy to take a look! I'm not able to locate your account using your email address. Can you tell me the name of your agency account and the new sub-account?

No, I'm getting a 500 error when testing the signup form. We're using the default signup form. I tried to signup with my emma account and it failed, so I had to use facebook. My account is under tknutson@thirstyboy.com

Hey Travis -- Thanks for those details! I got the same error when submitting your form, which points me the account settings.



You need to fill in your sender name/email and address information before sending or signup is possible. You're prompted to do this upon sending, but we don't have a similar warning in place for signing up...sorry about that! You can find this sender info tab under the Settings & Billing option in the account menu (the tools icon in the top right corner).

Let me know if that doesn't do the trick!
