Layout ID tag causes 500 error

My Account seems to be looping to 500 errors. I was updating an old template with some changes from the client. I've seen this happen before when there's something funky in the drag and drop template I created, however this time I can't even seem to open up the bad template to edit it (or ANY of the templates!). When I go to campaigns to try and open it there it "loads" indefinitely. HELP!

Hi Sara!

I'm glad we spoke on the phone and figured out a work-around earlier. I believe we just created a new campaign with a blank template and once we got into the editor, we just added the template of your choosing. Though that was a way to get around the problem, the actual cause was some code that didn't belong when the template was built in the Template Builder.

In the template you had...

[% layout id="1" %][% flexible name="Primary" %][%/ flexible %][%/ layout %]

But, if you look in our Template Builder Help (
https://support.myemma.com/Emma_resources/Account_how-to/Using_Template_Builder) There's no layout id="1".

Just a small nuisance thats easily corrected. Hope this helps!

Thanks so much Seemab! It's been working normally since, so hopefully that means it's all fixed. Thanks so much for your help!
