We scheduled a test mailing to go out at a future date/time, and later cancelled the send to make some changes and ultimately to put off the mailing altogether.

However, we just received a notification that the (cancelled) mailing had gone out, and in the Tracking area we can see that indeed one of the cancelled mailings was sent!

Is this a bug? Did we miss something?

Hey there! Sorry for the troubles with the scheduled mailings and I definitely want to try to dig on this to see what occurred. I am assuming this is in the UCLA Fund sub-account? I see a few mailings there with similar names. Can you please let me know which mailing(s) I should specifically be looking at? I'll then jump in to do some research.

Thanks for the help. It's certainly possible it was an error on our end - the person here who cancelled the sends swears there was nothing in the "Scheduled" tab though.

The mailing in question had subject line "10-E-SOL-test" and went out at 8am Pacific this morning.

Thanks for any insight you can provide!

Hello! Thank you for the details and digging behind the scenes here it looks like everything was in order. I see there were a couple of campaigns with the same name "10-E-SOL-test" with one being setup as a split test (this one had been cancelled) while the other was setup as a regular mailing scheduled to fire out at 8am (this one was not cancelled).

Sorry for the troubles, but please let me know if you need any further assistance.
