Account versus Manager

Originally, when creating a new account, we had to supply an email address. Now, that's not included in setting up new accounts -- only in setting up new managers. But I have an email address that I used in setting up a new account, so it won't let me create a manager using that email address. But it's someone that I want to have access to another account. How should I handle this? Thanks!

Hi there!

Can you change the email address on the account level to a different email address and then create the manager login with that email address?  A little trick is also to just add +1 to the end of the email address on the account level so that Emma will think it is a completely different email address.  For example, instead of change it to
