We use your social tag in every template we create, but currently, Google+ is not included in the tag. Not a high-priority update for us, but could be a useful addition down the line.

Thanks for this question! The product owner who can speak to this work is out of the office for a few days, but we'll get you an answer as soon as we can.

It sounds as though you're talking about this template tag for social sharing:

[% block type="social" %]
{
"email": true,
"twitter": true,
"facebook": true,
"linkedin": true,
"type": "social"
}
[%/ block %]

This is mostly used by our Design Team when coding custom templates for our customers, but I think you're using it when you code custom templates for your Sylvan sub-accounts, which is a capability in an account setup like yours. Making Google+ a part of the general social sharing tag -- which means your email recipients would be able to click a Google+ button at the top of your email from their inbox and share on their Google+ page --
is not currently planned. Depending on feedback, it may be something we address next year. So, all readers, if this is a feature you want, vote it up here!

What other [block] types are there?

Hi Carlos,

I'm not sure if your looking for info on the template tags or actual content blocks within the editor, so I'll include some links to both of those just in case. And, if I totally missed the mark, let me know a little more specifics on what you're looking for and I'll be happy to help further!

To find out about coding within Template Builder, and get some of our JSON template markup, head to our Template Builder article here. There's a list of tags and details under the "Template Markup" section.

For details on the actual content blocks available within the Drag and Drop editor, you can head here

I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to let us know if you need more details!

Hi Benton,
I am actually looking for a Tag (not in the Template Builder documentation) that allow us to use the Follow Social buttons in the Template Builder, not the Drag and Drop editor.

Right now in our base templates in Assets I see that there is a specific [Block] tag
[% block type="social" %][%/ block %].  This is not in the documentation but seems to be a tag MyEmma uses for the Share This icons.

That looks like it generates the "Share This: (social icons here)" in the templates.
I did not know if there was a tag for the "Follow Social" icons too.

Right now our Follow Us social icons are manually entered into the template as HTML like so:
<td align="left" valign="top"><img src="http://e2ma.net/userdata/26279/images/templates/MyEmma-Revised_03.gif" width="110" height="52" alt="" border="0" style="display:block;"/></td>
              <td align="left" valign="top"><a href="http://twitter.com/#!/DenverMuseumNS/" target="_blank"><img src="http://e2ma.net/userdata/26279/images/templates/MyEmma-Revised_04.gif" width="22" height="52" alt="" border="0" style="display:block;"/></a></td>
              <td align="left" valign="top"><a href="https://www.facebook.com/DMNSorg" target="_blank"><img src="http://e2ma.net/userdata/26279/images/templates/MyEmma-Revised_05.gif" width="22" height="52" alt="" border="0" style="display:block;"/></a></td>
                 <td align="left" valign="top"><a href="http://instagram.com/dmnsorg"><img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/emma-assets/wsu/f2d80c2e443257aab5c086c09b0e2d59/MyEmma-Instagram.png" width="21" height="52" alt="" border="0" style="display:block;"/></a></td>

I would be nice if there was a shortcut tag for the Follow Us buttons much like you all do with the "Share This: " buttons are.
