Agency: Multiple forms for multiple client accounts on Guestbook iPad app

We are using Agency and have each of our publications set up on their client account. When using the Guestbook app, we would like to make it easy for people to sign up for multiple publications (accounts). Is there any way to toggle the guestbook forms without logging out and logging back in as the next client account?

Hey there! There currently is not a way to seamlessly toggle between different accounts, but this is definitely some great feedback for a future enhancement to the Guestbook app. The app itself was originally designed to be a simple tool to be used for one account. Basically setting up the guestbook once and then never really having to do too much more with it. With that being said there is not a way to log-out. It would be a matter of uninstalling the app, reinstalling, and then logging in with the next accounts’ credentials.

I’m going to share your feedback with our product owners as we continue to shape Guestbook. We’ll keep you updated here with any questions!

Thanks for the info. Please do share the feedback. I am now not sure if this app is going to be useable, as we would have to uninstall and reinstall for every event.

Hi there. Thanks for trying out Guestbook! We definitely don't want you uninstalling and reinstalling, that'd be too much. We'll add a logout button in an upcoming release.

As to the additional layer of 'navigation' between subaccounts' signup forms, that's not planned at this time. We're interested in what our agency partners need, but just haven't made a commitment as to what we want to build.
