Hello, Below is the code I created for our email header. The alt text appears in Gmail, but not Outlook. Anyone know what the problem could be?

<table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="deviceWidth" width="600">
<td height="20" style="padding-left: 15px; border-top: 4px; border-top-style: solid; border-top-color: #585958; border-bottom: 1px; border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-color: #585958; background-color: #f5f6f5; border-bottom: thin; border-bottom-style: solid; border-bottom-color: #e4e4e4"><img alt="Alt Text here" src="Image URl Here"/></td>
<td bgcolor="#FFFFFF" style="padding: 8px 0 8px 5px; border-bottom: thin; border-bottom-style: solid; border-bottom-color: #e4e4e4; padding-left: 15px; padding-right: 15px"><a href="URL here"><img alt="Alt Text here" border="0" src="Image URl Here" width="280"/></a></td>

Hey Mike!

While custom HTML is a bit out of my realm of expertise I did find a Litmus article that I think details how alt text works in different inboxes really well:

I'd be interested to see any other thoughts on this.

Thanks for posting!
