An Update on our APAC presence

In 2015, Emma expanded our offices into Melbourne, Australia to explore international opportunities and extend the availability of our Customer Service. We’ve been evaluating service inquiries over the years, and we've come to believe that the best decision for our customers and our business will be to discontinue our Melbourne operations. By focusing our attention on our US based operations, we’ll be able to provide more consistent, higher quality support and service to all of our customers around the globe.

As of Monday, February 20th, our offices in the United States will handle all of your customer service requests. We’re currently available for live support from 3 AM to 12 PM AEDT, and will be expanding those hours in the coming months.
