I recently just created a holiday card using your holiday template that contains the fireplace animated .gif file. Unfortunately when reviewing the audience that I will be sending the card to, they primarily use Outlook 2007 and 2010 so the animation doesn't work. Is there any way Emma can convert this .gif file to one that will show the animated fire burning in the fireplace?

Hi! I spoke with someone on our design team, and I’m sorry to say that there isn’t anything we can do to get around that. It’s a limitation of those particular versions of Outlook. They were built to render HTML code in the same way that Microsoft Word does, whereas other versions of Outlook use the same process as Internet Explorer (which is why those versions will animate the graphic).

I wish I had better news for you here, but thanks for checking in!

Create a quick account at "Giphy.com". Then add a html source code to your campaign. I found that this works for some email platforms that don't like Gif's such as Google Gmail.
