I have honestly not seen this issue before, nor have we had any reports of this at Emma Support.
In order to troubleshoot this issue, I made a copy of your mailing, March 20, 2018, and sent it out to a variety of different inboxes, including AOL, Gmail, Outlook and a few others. I was unable to recreate the above email in any of those inboxes.
Do you know if multiple contacts had the same problem, or did it only occur with one contact?
There are a number of things that could have caused this, such as inbox settings, an issue with rendering or a glitch on one device. However, if it sent correctly to the majority of contacts, it is unlikely this is an issue with Emma.
Due to the fact I can not recreate on my end, the next step would be for me to take a look at the email your contact received. If they are able to forward you the email from their inbox, you can send it to email@example.com and we can take a deeper look.
