Anyone integrating Privy with Emma for their signup forms?

After Privy's Marketing United session this year, I decided to give them a test drive. Love the platform as a whole so far, but their integration with Emma has been horrible thus far. I've been in constant contact with them but am still unable to get their integration working as expected thus far. Emails are syncing but no other fields are at this point. That's only one part of the problem however.
Inside Emma however, I have attempted every day to edit my welcome automation sequence to send to those who sign up via Privy and go through the save process on Safari, only to have it not actually save and no emails are being sent to users who have signed up via Privy.
I'd love to scale what I'm doing with Privy but until I can assure that it's functioning properly with Emma, I simply can't.
Anyone else using Privy and integrating with Emma?

I'd love some help with Privy as well. Can't find anything on connecting the two more than a standard form. That's great, but Emma manage subscriptions are so ugly I'd like to replace with a Privy form. Can't figure out a way to do this.

We are looking at Privy right now. Do you believe this problem is on the Privy or Emma side of things?

Hi Josh - that's a bummer to hear. I'm Ben from Privy. We actually use Privy, sync to Emma, and send automation from Emma as well. Did you end up sorting this out? We have hundreds of Emma users running a similar process, and all sync statuses on the integration seem to be working as expected.

If this is resolved for you, great. If not, please ping me directly: ben@privy.com

I can make sure this is addressed properly.

Thanks for jumping in here Ben! Loved your presentation at MU this year. I've been in fairly regular email conversations with Andrew and asked for an update this week but haven't heard anything back. I've been told this is a known issue and development has been looking at this, but I haven't heard as to whether or not its been resolved. I've been assured that the issue isn't on the Emma side but on the Privy side. Certainly anything you can do would be much appreciated. I'm looking to scale the integration and test various forms with numerous segments but certainly am not going to upgrade to a paid tier until Emma integration is working as expected. Thanks! Feel free to contact me directly as well --> josh@visitfranklin.com.

Hi All - just an FYI this was resolved a few weeks back with Emma's help. It was specific to Josh's account since the account had some default fields archived. Not the norm for syncing from Privy to Emma!
