Our developer can call the API to get members without issue, but when trying to add a member using either the /members/add or members/signup he gets the following error,  He says he hasn't been able to find any help on this specific error anywhere.

His further description of the issue is below:

I am using ColdFusion to call the Emma API.

Hello,

Phillip from Emma Support here! I've looped a few colleagues in on this. Once I have some new information, I'll check back in and let you know what we found. - Thanks!

Hi Phillip,

He figured this out earlier today and was able to add members.  He thinks it was related to the structure of the JSON being passed to the API.

Thanks
