I realized we have a sign up form on our website, but never designated a group for those emails to be added to. Is there anywhere I can go in Emma to find all those email addresses for people who have signed up?
Hi There! I can see that you spoke to my friend Hillary yesterday but I wanted to post the answer to your questions for other members of the Community if they run across the same situation.
You can run a segment on your Audience page to search for people who are in Limbo. This will pull in all contacts that are in your audience list that are not part of any groups. Head over to your segments tab and click on 'Create a new segment'. You will want to search for people based on Audience groups, search for people who are in and select LIMBO from the dropdown list.
Also, to add which group you would like your contacts to be added to from a Classic signup form, head over to that form on your Audience page and click the Edit button. In the right column, click on the 'Add or remove groups' button to select which group(s) you would like your new contacts to be added into when they complete the signup form.
