I want to ensure that I'm sending my mailing to my most up-to-date group of contacts. Does MyEmma automatically take opt-outs and bounces off my list for future mailing? Or do I need to export the details and manually take them off my list?

Thanks for any help!

No worries - Emma takes care of that for you automatically! When an address bounces, they are moved into error status in your audience. Unless you manually move them back to active, they will stay in error and Emma will not attempt to email them again. Similar for opt-opts - when someone clicks to opt out, they are permanently removed from your active audience list unless they sign themselves up again. You never have to worry about removing them yourself!

Ben,

I do not see the op out or error list under audience?  Am I missing something?  Thanks.

Hey, Dennis!  The error and opt out tabs will be visible when you click into one of your audience groups.  For example, in my own account I have a group that I’ve labeled “Everyone.”  When I view that group, here are the tabs:

Hope this helps!
