We have done the SPF update on our end, and emails are still not reaching many of our external clients. What information should we give our clients that they can provide to their IT dept. to get us whitelisted in their server/system, which is something suggested in a post I read on this site.

Hey there,

If you are looking for the specific information required to whitelist mailings sent from Emma, you'll want to take a look at the Resource Center article "How to Whitelist". The whole page has great info related to this, but the important stuff is here:

By having your IT folks whitelist e2ma.net and the IP ranges below, you are telling your server that we can be trusted and not to block the emails she sends to your server on your behalf.
*Sending domain: e2ma.net
*IP Range: 128.136.37.0/24 (128.136.37.1 to 128.136.37.255)
*IP Range: 66.179.147.160/27
*IP Range: 66.179.102.0/25
*IP Range: 66.179.68.0/26

Hope that gets you rolling! Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
