Audience search function needs improvement

It would be awesome if you all would add a relevance algorithm, or at least tiered sorting, to the search function in the Audience section. We have a large audience (almost 50K), so when I search for an audience member by name, I get dozens (sometimes even hundreds) of results, randomly sorted. It would be such a time-saver if, when I search for "John Smith," the first names on the list were all the John Smiths. Even being able to sort by last name, then first, (instead of only one or the other) would be helpful.

Hey there! This is a cool idea. I'm going to run it past our Product Team to see how it compares to the Audience work we're planning to do. :)

Hello again! I chatted with our team about the whole new Audience experience we're working on, and while this probably won't be part of the initial release of that work, this seems like a valuable way to make Audience even more user-friendly.

I'm marking this as Under Consideration as we think through it some more, and I want to encourage other folks to add their use cases here! I'll share all that great info back with Product to help round out the story. :)
