We recently deleted all of our contacts, yet the Audience Size icon still shows that we have 'X' amount of contacts. How do we reduce our contact size after deleting them?

This seems to be an on-going issue with EMMA. We have been waiting to here back for 3 days now about this issue and if it had been solved.

Hi Anya -- It sounds like you've spoken to a few of my colleagues on this issue, and I know that Benton is still actively working to get to the bottom of it. I checked in with him this morning, and he should have an update to you by email very soon. We'll make sure you get taken care of here. Thanks for your patience!

Hey Texas A&M -- Can you walk me through how you deleted those contacts? I'm still seeing audience members in your account.

To delete your entire audience, you'll want to head to the View all contacts button on your Audience tab. There you should see your entire list of active contacts.

You can select all and delete them from "all groups and your audience" to clear them out.

If those are the steps you took, let me know! We can dig in further here to identify where the problem is.
