If I have the same person in 2 audience lists (Group A and Group B) and I have a separate email going to each group, how can I weed out the duplicates from from Group A so they don't get both emails?

Hi there,

We have simplified the process in excluding folks!  Here we go!

1. First, open up the response data from the first mailing, then click on the WORD  "Delivered"... that looks like this:

2. Then, you want to create a segment from the folks who received the first mailing, by clicking the "Save this tab as a segment" button.  That looks like this:

3. Now, with our new EXCLUSION TOOL, you can exclude a SEGMENT from being sent the message.  That looks like this in the Review & Send screen:

When you tick that check box, a drop down menu of your segments pops up for you to choose from.  This will ensure that no one who received the first message will get the second.

Got it?  Good.  Cheers!
