Hi Katie! There currently isn't a way to refresh segments when the group(s) used to create the segment is updated. There is a similar conversation in our community, but this involved our customer tying in their CRM to Emma using API calls. I don't know if this will be relevant , but i thought i'd just throw that out there for you incase.

Hi there! I'm stepping in for Seemab to let you know that that above link won't work for you. I'm sorry for the confusion! Segments actually are dynamic, which means they update when there's a change to your audience -- For example, if your segment is set up to find contacts in Group A who have a Gmail address, when you add more Gmail users to that audience group, your segment will update with that information.
You'll notice when you go to the Segments tab that the numbers appearing there won't update until you click to open the segment, but the data within that segment will have updated. Once you open the segment, the numbers will refresh.
What Seemab's referring to is refreshing using an API call. Let us know what questions you have!
