Is it possible to set up an automated workflow to send to users who purchased a specific product in Shopify? I don't see "Purchased item" as an available option under the "Field Change" in the automation options.
Hey Diane! You can automate based on the fields automatically created by the Shopify integration (Total purchases, Average purchased, etc); currently, it is not possible to automate based on a specific product purchased.
