Is there a way to set up an automated campaign based on responses we get from a survey? For example, if a customer indicates they are interested in a certain product, can we send them automated emails based on that response?
Hi there -- There isn't a way to trigger an automation workflow from a survey response. The closest trigger type we have to this would be a link-click trigger, but that's specific to a link in the body of the email, not based on response to a survey question.
You could use a signup form in place of a survey. The difference here is that the signup form responses populate fields in the contact records that you could then use to trigger automation. The strategy here might be a little complex, and I think our technical services team might have a better custom solution for you. Can I connect you with them to talk details?
