I want to make sure that when people subscribe to our newsletter that they are automatically added to our list here on Emma. Is there a way to check this through my account?

Hey Hayden,

Yes indeed, one of the most basic functions of Emma is getting email addresses added into the account!  There are 4 ways (at least) to automate this process:

1. Our Classic forms are signup forms that you can embed on your website or link out to.  You can find information on setting those up here on our Resource Center Article On Classic Forms

2. Our Lightbox forms act as a popup screen on your website that can prompt folks to sign up for your newsletters.  Here is the Resource Center Article On Lightbox Forms

3. We have integrations set up with many partner companies, CRMs, Signup Form companies, etc.  To see if we have an integration set up with the system you already have in place, check out

4. We also have an open API, which allows for forms created outside of Emma or any of our partners to be linked into your Emma account.  This does require some special knowledge of coding, but most website designers can figure these out if you have a web designer.  They can find all of the pertinent info they would need here:

On top of that, we also have an amazing technical services team here at Emma that could custom build you a form, set up your API for you, and help get you set up however you'd like.  You can reach out to them on our Services Page to get a quote.

Did I cover everything?  I think I did... Let me know if you have any questions and we'll be happy to help!
