Personalizing dynamic RSVP sender details

It would be great to have the RSVP email in a workflow based on a field value. For example, it would be great to have the email sent from the  relationship manager of the contact. This would allow us to personalize the automated emails a bit more.

Thanks for starting this conversation! It makes a lot of sense. It isn't currently on our Automation roadmap, but I've shared this with our Product Team so we can start thinking about how this would look.

I'll let you know of any changes to these plans!

Hi Tim - We are very interested in expanding both dynamic content and split testing to accommodate more use cases, such as dynamic RSVP data and/or split testing RSVP data. While we don't have any work planned for this feature right now, I'm changing this Idea status to Under consideration. Thanks!

We have 12 locations in 8 states. So, I can see an application for us to display the sender ID as TDI Murfreesboro or TDI Indianapolis, triggering that off the Closest Location field in my user record. Another excellent idea if you can make it work.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled How do I personalise the sender name and sender email and sender reply-to email?.

I'd like to personalise the Sender's name/email and reply-to address (similar to how Marketo handles this functionality).
So far I have tried copying the tags into the sender email etc for test purposes, but the system creates an error say that the email address is not in the correct format.  Using the tag in sender name does not get recognised.

Thanks
Tim

Will Emma be working on a solution to provide this feature? We have over 50 account executives in our company and to create segments for each individual AE seems tedious when the information can easily pulled within Emma.

Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: How can I use a dynamic tag (member record field) value in the From or Reply To f....

Hey there... I moved your reply to this Idea post so that we could track it.

I'll go ahead and add you to the list.

As of right now I don't have any idea of when this might fit into our production schedule, but I'll be posting back on here when we do.

Cheers!

So I'm assuming this feature is still not on your radar which is kind of irritating since we were under the impression this was possible when we switched to Emma. Having to send out 50 plus of the same emails every time is really not an option for an effective/efficient way of emailing.

Actually, I reached out to one of my product managers who'd like to talk to you about use-case and see if we can help get something together for you.  Can you let me know the best way to get you in touch with our product manager?
