Automation triggers more emails than requested

I am using Gravity Forms (Version 2.2.2) with Gravity Forms Emma Add-On (Version 1.2) on my WordPress site.

My form has a field with 4 options. Depending on which option is chosen, there are 4 Emma Feeds sending the form submissions to 4 separate Emma Audiences.

There are 4 separate Automations, each based on only one of the Audiences, using a trigger matching date to 2107 as a year, and set to send a customized email for this particular Audience.

Unfortunately, even though each of those 4 Automations are set to send only one email - they are sending all 4 - to all four Audiences.

I would be so grateful if somebody could tell me what am I doing wrong here!

I have checked and re-checked both Gravity Forms settings, Emma Feeds, Emma Audiences, Emma Automations.

Please help!

Hi!

Thanks for reaching out! I will be happy to help.

I will need a little bit more information to be able to troubleshoot this, so I am going to send you an email and we will go from there. If the email address you're logged in with is not the one you have access to then please let me know a good way to reach you so we can get started!

Thanks!

- Jason
