Good day,

Our company recently switched to a barracuda spam filter which is currently blocking all the emails that we send via Emma.  Our IT staff have asked what the email address is that is on the email as sending so they can set the filter up to let these emails pass through.  We know it states it is coming from UltraSource LLC, but that is not actually the email box they are coming from.  Can you assist with this?

Thank you

Good morning! Great question and the emails you send from Emma come from our sending domain of It sounds like perhaps your IT team is already headed in this direction as the problem is that your server is seeing an inbound email claiming to be from your domain, but the message is actually coming from an external domain ( The solution is to whitelist Emma's sending domain,, so that the server knows we are a trusted site and that we are safe to send on your behalf. Here is a link you can pass along with all the details they'll need to know. Keep in mind this situation is unique to emails you send to yourself (or internally) and is not the case when you send to the rest of your audience (or receive messages from external domains).

Please let me know if I can assist further.
