What is the best send/return email address to use to ensure a high opening rate?  Info@ is not doing it for us.  This is for a customer help desk newsletter.  Thank you.

It should be an email address that your audience recognizes from you. I wouldn't look at the email address first when trying to ensure higher opens. Is your From Name obvious, something that matches your brand? How are your subject lines? Preview text? And of course, content is everything.

If you're adamant about trying a new From Email, try help@domain.com, customerhelp@domain.com, newsletter@domain.com, etc. Something that matches the particular audience you're reaching out to, and that makes sense/flows well with the rest of your information.

Hello!

Ashley has some great info there and I would only add this: info@ will generally end up in spam filters. A person's name is a great way to go. Something like Emma@ would be great! I hope that helps!
