after several attempts using  Chrome Version 40 with no ad or cookie blocking, I get a spinning gear after clicking on Purchase. I've refreshed the page several times and the purchase function is still not working.

Hi there! I can see in our records that you spoke to my teammate Seemab yesterday about using Bigstock. I can see 4 images in your library that were successfully purchased through Bigstock.

It sounds like you were able to resolve this issue over the phone, but please let me know if you still need assistance!

Actually, I did speak with Seemab but only to get help in finding where to search the BigStock library.

I subsequently tried to purchase but kept getting the spinning gear with absolutely no confirmation that my purchase when through. As you can see, the 4 images that I now know went through as a purchase are exactly the same.

As such, we only the one image purchase and need to be credited for the other 3 purchases. Also, I was kind of expecting a choice of what image 'size' was available to purchase as I have seen provided on other stock photo sites. I'm not even sure if the photo purchased through Emma was large enough for our design needs. I can send to our designer and she will let us know I suppose. Does the BigStock photo purchase allow for different sizes or is the arrangement with Emma for provided the largest size to serve different purposes?

Please me know when the credit will be applied to our account so I can report it to our A/P folks.

Thank you!

Doug

Emily,

Well....keep in mind I'm a new user, I just downloaded the one image and realized it is only a jpg file. We also need a vector or EPS version. Are these file types or any other file types other than jpegs available to Emma user from BigStock?

Thanks,

Doug

Hi Doug -- We will absolutely refund those additional purchases as a one time courtesy, especially considering that it sounds like it was hard to tell if those purchases were going through. We ask that moving forward, you check your library after purchasing a Bigstock image to confirm that the process was completed.

From what I can tell in my research, unless you're given an option to size and/or file type when purchasing from the Bigstock library, those images are all *as is* jpeg files.

Let me know if you have any other questions and if that purchasing process continues to give you trouble!
