I have tried to purchasing Big Stock images - but nothing is happening. I thought it might be our account settings - we are invoiced. So I changed that to my personal credit card. Then tried again. I had the same issue - have tried to purchase the same image 2 or 3 x and another one 1x.
We do have problems with the BigStock connection occasionally. It's something we are aware of, but the issues seem to be random and hard to pin down. The best option we have right now if you're having consistent problems is to go straight to BigStock for purchasing.
