In both Firefox and Chrome (mac), when I search for an individual subscriber by name the screen returns the entire subscriber list. It "says" 1 Active but it shows everyone. Plus the "next" button at the bottom of the screen doesn't work. I need to change a subscriber's name, but I can't.

I hadn't tried it out any any subaccount except NC_Marathon, but now I can't access any other subaccounts.

As in you can't hop into those subs? I don't think that's related, since I'm able to hop into various accounts in your agency. Can you do the ole cache and cookies clearing for me?

Hi GIA -- If you're seeing the incorrect results when using the search function, that's an issue our developers have identified and are working to fix. We're hoping to release that fix tomorrow. Clearing your cache and cookies is essentially deleting your browsing history, so depending on your browser, that's typically under the preferences or history menu. In this case, though, clearing browsing history won't do the trick. I'll let you know here when we've fixed this issue!

Hi there -- Thanks for reporting this! We're seeing this as well and already have our developers digging in to identify the issue. It seems Emma thinks there's only one contact in that search return, so it's not allowing you to navigate to the next page.

I'll keep you updated here!
I too have run into this problem. Search feature in the Audience section is not working at all!
