Bullets often require some trial and error. The enter or return key on your keyboard is your best ally here. If your bullets aren't applied correctly the first time, bring the line you want bulleted to the paragraph above using your delete or backspace key, and then hit enter. Then select that line and click the bullet button on the toolbar. If you have a second line to bullet, bring that line up to the first bulleted line and hit enter again. Any subsequent enter or return keystrokes should prompt Emma to bullet that next line too. If you don't want the third line to bullet, click the bullet key again. This is the basic strategy, but you may need to experiment a bit more than I described here to achieve bullet perfection. If so, just keep in mind that anytime you use the enter key to create a line break, Emma will be able to do something different for that the next line of text. Conversely, a hard return, which is holding down shift while pressing enter, creates a simple line break in Emma and does not translate as new paragraph in the HTML.

I hopped into your account to look at your campaign, and noticed you had a couple other factors that might make bullets extra challenging. So I created an alternate version called "November 2013 - Emma test." If you view my version, you'll see that I switched the image position from left to right. I did that because there is a bug in the editor right now for text/image combo blocks with the image on the left. When that option is in the editor and you apply bullets, the bullet characters are hidden by the image. Sometimes you can make them appear by saving and closing the campaign, and opening it back up. Sometimes you cannot. So if you want to create a bulleted list in an image/text combo block, you'll want the image on the right. Our developers have this problem on their to-do list, and I hope they can fix this defect soon.
