Same template as always, goes out every Friday, until last night it failed to send. Repeatedly (4x) rec'd orange box: "Internal Server Error." That was on Chrome at work. I tried on Firefox from home (latest version, cleared cache, no facebook event links), same issue, repeatedly. Won't send or schedule. Stumped.

Update: Emma fails to send TEST msg as well. Verified both ad-blocker (ghostery) turned off, as well as VPN.

A second data point (may / may not be related): this newsletter never "remembers" the formatting of its line heights. No matter how I save or exit, whenever I return to edit, the line spacing (called line height by Emma) is re-formatted (all other formatting is preserved). Whether the toolbar describes the line heights as 1.5 or 2.0, they are all re-set to 1.5. I have to re-select 2.0 and immediately proceed to "Review & Send" or they will be lost again. Although an annoyance, this has not previously interfered with my ability to send or deliver this newsletter. Thanks.

Laura from Emma Support here!

I see that you have also sent an email case in to Support for this issue. I actually took that case, and responded to you through email, before I saw this community post.

In order to keep everything organized, I'm going to continue working this case through the email thread we have already started!

Thanks!

Okay thx Laura, I'll go take a look! (I was working through the weekend to get this out before Monday morning. Once it settled in that Tech Support didn't work on Sat & Sun, I thought I might try my luck through the Community Forum.) Cheers
