Can I add a pattern rather than a color as a background while creating my campaign mailer?

Some of the templates actually look like they have a very light checkerboard (and yes, I know the simpler, the better per the guidebooks. but all black and all white, or all anything is getting boring!). If you know or if you've tried it, please share your experience with me and the rest out here in Emma-land!

Thanks,  Lanette

Hi there -- I love hearing that you're looking to make your email backgrounds more exciting! It sounds like you've already found a few of our templates with patterned backgrounds. A good number of our Gallery templates actually contain color-customizable background images, here are a few you can reference:

  • Picnic Basket
  • Pencey Prep
  • Welcome Picnic
  • Welcome to the Club
  • The Re-engagement collection templates

Those templates are all customizable, so that would be a great place to start!

If you have a background image you'd like us to add for you, our services desk can help! The average quote for that work is $25-$50, and you can put that request in via our design form. $149 is the base price for coding a complete template design, but we wouldn't need to go to that length to add your background image to an existing template.
