I have a gravity form in my Wordpress installation. Submissions from that form go to one of four groups I created in Emma, depending on a checkbox choice. I would like to create a trigger that would automatically send monthly reports on each of the group submissions to 4 different email addresses. How can I do that?

Hi there!  Thanks for reaching out!

While we don't have anything built into our reporting to allow for that right now, that is a great idea and I'll pass it along to our dev team!

We are currently taking a look at improvements we want to make to the reporting capability in Emma, so this is great for me to pass along.

In the meanwhile, what you're likely going to want to do is set up some segments that you can check on a recurring basis every month to see who has been added to particular groups.

You can set up a segment for IN GROUP A and "CONTACT SINCE" IS IN THE LAST 30 DAYS .  And that segment will give you the folks added in the last month.  One thing to remember, if you're just looking to collect numbers, is that the Segment counts in Emma don't update until you open the Segment and re-run it.  The numbers that you see reflected there are based on the date that it shows as the last time that segment was run.  The segment itself is always running in the background so if you export or send to the segment you'll see the complete list.  It's just the numbers there in the APP that aren't in real time.

Let me know if you have any questions on this!
