Can I create an email that is triggered by a customer's purchase date to be sent out 7 days after that purchase date?

We are trying to trigger a follow up email asking our customers how their experience with us was and if they would leave a review for our product on our website. We want this email to automatically send 7 days after their Shopify purchase. Is there a way to trigger an email of this type to go out 7 days after a customer's purchase date?

You can accomplish this using a date-picker contact field (to store the purchase dates) and setting up an Automation workflow based on this data.

First create the purchase date contact field and bring the data into it (you may have already done this).

Next go to the Automation tab and create a new workflow using the date-based Trigger Event. You can specify the amount of time that passes between the date and when the email is sent in the ...SEND THIS... section (in your case, 7 days after).
