Can I download all of my campaigns at once?

My employer is asking me to archive the last 18 months worth of campaigns and to file them in sub categories. The only way I've been able to do this is to down load each campaign as a pdf. file and archive internally. You can see how much time that would take if done individually.

My question is, if there is a feature where I can download multiple campaigns as pdf. files?

Thank you,

Hey there! It sounds as though you'd like to download the webviews of multiple mailings at once; is that right?

That isn't possible right now, but I'm glad to share your idea with our Product Team to learn the feasibility of a feature like this!

Hi again, ADOT! Thank you for sharing this idea with us. I've spoken with our Product Team, and we don't plan to build this in the next 12 months. It's a substantial amount of work for something we've only heard of once, and I'm interested to hear use cases from others, too. I'll keep my eyes on this thread to gauge interest from your fellow Emma users.

Thanks again!

Katie, We have this requirement, too. Emma only assures us that emails we've sent will be accessible for 18 months, but our industry has regulatory requirements that make it necessary for us to back this information up for longer than that. Emma isn't too helpful in this area. It would be great to be able to mass download our campaigns. With our Salesforce integration, we have all the sent/received information in our activities log that we need, but we still need to back up the mailings themselves.

Thanks for letting me know! I'm adding your vote for this feature request, too, as well as anyone else who comments in the future. :)

As for the 18 months you mention, we don't plan to extend that access. Yet I do totally understand how it would be helpful to go back and easily download the past 18 months at once!
