Can I pull contacts into a segment based on if they shared a campaign?

Currently we can define segments by response history events "received", "opened", and "clicked". Seems a small leap to also include "shared," right? (Says the non-developer optimist) I admit my motives for this are not the purest, I'm interested in this feature not from a targeted marketing approach but from an "looking to discover an easier spammer identification" approach. There is a very long thread somewhere on this forum that details my organization's struggle with spam signups on our Emma forms, the bottom line is we don't have the budget to have someone custom code a form with a Captcha or honeypot feature that integrates with Emma and eliminates the spammer overload.

Our duct tape solution is to remove all static forms from our website and rely totally on Emma's lightbox forms. Our list growth and the number of legit signups happening are less, but we have successfully stopped the influx of spam users. Problem is, even though we're actively monitoring and cleaning things on the spam front, they keep resurrecting. Some of these users will share/click a campaign a hundred times and then not open a single mailing for months, only to return like the undead to start harassing our analytics on another campaign months later.

Enter the "segment by share" feature. The spamlosers always share campaigns on every medium. If I could run one of these segments, I would be able to distill down our audience to more quickly identify the spambots (easily recognized by their wonky email addresses) and finally get our list clean. Seems quicker than looking through our entire audience.

Hey there!   That's a great idea!   I'll check in with my product team and let them know we've seen some interest in this feature.

As far as the REASON behind the feature, I know we also have a feature request in to the developers to add in a Captcha or some other security option to our forms, and I know we've got you in on that feature request as well.

I'll post back here with any updates that I get for you!
