Can no longer export recent signups- HELP!

Hello,

Once a week I pull a list of new email signups in Emma, export it, and upload it into our member database for our weekly Welcome Series. There used to be a dropdown menu that appeared in the search bar that would allow me to pull a specific date range and type of action (sign up, etc.) and then export it as an XLS or CSV file. However, today I'm not seeing that menu or any other way to export a list of new signups -- whether it be from the past 7 days or a customized date range.

I think something's changed on Emma's end -- can you please help and show me how to do this? Otherwise I'll have to enter each signup manually to our database, which is not feasible given the volume we receive.

Hi there!  

You are right, we have removed the little dropdown arrow that gave you access to creating a segment. The good news is that you can still create these just like you're used to, with the exception that now this lives on the 'segments' tab, located to the right of 'groups'. 

You'll just click to segments, and then the button that says 'create a new segment'. Give that a try to make sure that is what you're expecting!  We've been overhauling the segments experience and one update we made did remove the dropdown arrow from the main Audience page.  

Let me know if I'm off base here, and I'll be glad to pick up where we left off!
