Greg with Emma Support here!

We don't track if a link was clicked from a desktop versus a mobile device.

We do track opens by device and opens by client so this may give you the insight you're looking for. You can view this info on the Overview tab of your mailing's response.

If you have any questions, let me know and I'll be glad to help.

Is there a way to run a report of all of my email sends, to see if there is a trend in opens from desktop versus mobile device?

Hey there, Noodle!

We chatted by phone, and I want to note for the rest of the community what we discussed.

Opens by device are displayed on the response page for each mailing. While you can manually compile this information, there is not an option within Emma to a run a report on opens by device (or by client).

Hey, Century Link Org!

You can view what links were clicked in the Clicks tab of your mailing's Response page.

Beneath the heading, "The following individuals clicked the links in your mailing," there is a drop-down box you can click to sort clicks by a particular link.

The Click Analysis section in the Overview tab of your mailing's Response page also shows what links were clicked.

For further info on clicks and the Response section, check out this link at our Resource Center.
