I would like to exclude some people from a specific mailing, but keep them on the list they are on for future mailings. What is the best way to do that? I'd like to create a new list and then send the email to the big list minus the new list. Is something like that possible? Or something else?

Hi there, Erin.

It's totally possible to do this within Emma! To do so, you'll want to create a segment to find folks in the big list minus the new list, and then send to the newly created segment. We've got some great information in our online help resources that walks you through the how-to on finding people *in* one group and *not in* another. Please check that out here.

If you run into questions as you create that segment, please give me a shout on this thread. Always happy to help!
