We are sending a postcard campaign to our alumni who have opted out over the years asking them to re-join the list to receive e-communications.  We created a signup form in Emma. However, in testing it appears after they complete the sign up form a web page appears that requires them to click yes to confirm, this sends them an email that asked them to click yet again to confirm. Is there a way to reduce the number of steps to opt back in?

Good morning! You are taking all of the right steps of having those folks opt back in as there isn't a reduced steps process. The pop-up web page notes to send the confirm email and then clicking the confirm link in the mailing gets them opted back into your audience.

Please let me know if I can assist further.

Thank you. That confirms the email confirmation is necessary and I've got everything set up correctly.
