Cancelling scheduled mailing

When cancelling my scheduled mailing, I click "Yes, I'm sure", and this error message pops up.  I've tried several times.  Any ideas?   
"There was an error canceling the selected mailings. It is possible the mailing status has changed. Please try reloading this page. Contact support if the problem persists."

(I'm trying to cancel the message "($1 Month) I have bad news..."

Hi Krista!

I can see that mailing is currently scheduled in your account, and I'm not sure if you were able to resolve your issue and successfully reschedule. If you still need to cancel this mailing, I would recommend using a private browsing window and/or clearing your cache and deleting your cookies on your browser. If you're unsure how to clear your cache, Google "How do I clear my cache and cookies?", and the first few links should give step-by-step instructions. Then you can close out of your browser, restart your computer, and reopen your Emma account. Also, please ensure your browser is up to date, that JavaScript is enabled, and that there aren't any plugins or extensions that might interfere here.


I know that mailing is scheduled to send in the morning, so I'll keep an eye out for any reply here!
