Individual who is trying to access signup page from our website is receive error messages in multiple browsers. Chrome - the site cannot be reached. Firefox - secure connection failed. Internet Explorer - can't reach this page.
I cannot reproduce and need to know how to advise the individual.
It sounds like there may be something in their network that is blocking them from accessing the page. I went to your site and signed up using the link in the bottom of the page, and didn't have any issues here.
Since they were having issues in multiple browsers, the common denominator in all of those instances would have been the network they were using. If you haven't already, you can add them manually into your account.
You may check back in with them to see if they can try accessing the page from a different network, either on a separate device, or access it from home or a coffee shop. I'm thinking we need to take the network out of the equation.
